  1. Virtual vs. In-Person:
    • Virtual Registration will include access to live lectures and as well as recordings. Will not include lab access.
    • In-Person Registration will include all in-person offerings (lab and lectures).
  2. Why is my payment being declined?
    • Please make sure that the address is accurate, and the zip/postal code you are entering under the Payment Method section matches the zip/postal code for the billing address of your credit card.
    • OUT OF COUNTRY: If placing the order from another country, you may need to verify with your back that they are not marking this transaction charge as fraudulent since it is routing through another country.
  3. I am registering on behalf of someone else, whose contact information and shipping information should I include?
    • Under contact information, please list the name and email address for the person who will be attending the course.
    • For Shipping Method, please list the best shipping address for the attendee of BAOC.
  4. I have registered for BAOC, when will I receive the Zoom information and course materials?
    • Course Materials and Zoom links will be sent out a week before the start of the course.
    • Please keep in mind that not all .ppt and handouts will be made available, per speaker preference, but we will try to obtain as much as possible.
  5. How long after a live session will the recording be available to view?
    • The recordings of each session will be available within the week of the live session.
  6. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after registration, what should I do?
    • If after completing your registration you do not receive any confirmation email, please feel free to contact us at – we receive daily updates of registration and will be notified of new additions and can help verify if the registration was received.
