Conference Eateries & Dining FAQ
Where can I eat on campus during the conference?
Stanford’s Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) lists serveral dining locations across campus with hours (cafes, market, mobile food vendors). https://rde.stanford.edu/dining-hospitality/dining-locations-hours
Will meals be provided?
Yes, but not every day. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the first day, and on occasional longer days. Please refer to the schedule for scheduled meals.
Fresh coffee will be available every day.
Are there alternative food options if I have dietary restrictions?
Stanford’s dining services include information about “Food Allergies & Dietary Needs” under the R&DE website. rde.stanford.edu When registering or arriving, you might ask the dining hall staff about vegetarian/vegan options, gluten-free, or allergen-aware offerings. Also, cafés and markets may offer more grab-and-go items if you need something outside the main meals.
Alternatively, you can order meals through DoorDash, UberEats, etc. Drop off location will be at Li Ka Shing Bldg. Note: You will be responsible to meeting your delivery person. Program Staff cannot accept the food on your behalf.
Are there cafes or quick-grab markets nearby?
Yes! The room is located inside the Li Ka Shing Bldg, and within this building is a LKSC Med Cafe that serves ready-to-go meals, beverages, and hot meals (breakfast and lunch). This cafe is open from 7:00am – 3:00pm (hours are subject to change)
